Confused What Bugsnax Game Is Actually About? Developer Explains

A meeting has uncovered progressively about Bugsnax, the charming human snack gathering game from Young Horses that was uncovered during Sony’s PS5 meeting last week.

In a meeting with USGamer, Young Horses president Philip Tibitoski uncovered the premise behind the game, and spoke about what you’ll really get up to in the game when you go hands on.

“Bugsnax is a first-person experience game where you play as a journalist who is sent a mysterious film from a swashbuckler named Elizabert Megafig,” Tibitoski told USGamer. “She says she’s discovered these things called Bugsnax, these half-snack half-bug creatures, and she wants you to come and report her discovery with her gathering of misfit followers. You go to the island, you see that she is no place as found, and instead run into some of her followers.”

Players will at that point be asked to make sense of what makes these mysterious Bugsnax tick by studying their conduct and… “seeing what happens when they’re eaten.” It looks like we will need to eat these lovable little friends. As indicated by Tibitoski, characters in the game will change as they eat Bugsnax, “with their limbs and bodies transforming into foods like wavy fries, strawberries, or weenies.”

As per USGamer’s meeting, the game has been inspired by Ape Escape, and you’ll also have the option to hear the call of every specific Bugsnax through the Dualsense controller. What a sauce-pot french fry crab sounds like is still anybody’s guess, as you may have guessed.
